Terms & Conditions
Last updated: September 23, 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of cleanstatecleaning.com (the “Website”) and to quote requests made to Cleanstate Startup LLC (“Cleanstate,” “we,” “us”). Specific services are also governed by the written quote, estimate, invoice, or agreement we provide for your project (your “Service Agreement”). If your Service Agreement conflicts with these Terms, the Service Agreement controls.
Using the Website
You may use the Website to learn about our services and contact us. You agree not to misuse it, including by submitting false or misleading information, sending spam or malicious code, attempting to gain unauthorized access, or interfering with its operation.
Quote requests
Submitting a quote request does not create a contract or guarantee availability. We will review your request and respond with a quote or follow-up questions. Please provide accurate, complete information so we can quote correctly.
Estimates and final pricing
Quotes are based on the information you provide and, where applicable, a site visit. If the actual scope, square footage, site condition, or timeline differs materially from what was described, we may need to revise the quote. We will discuss any change with you before performing additional work. Your final price is the one stated in your Service Agreement or approved revision.
Services
Service descriptions on the Website are general summaries. The exact scope of work for your project is what is described in your Service Agreement. Work outside that scope may require a separate quote.
Scheduling
Service dates are subject to availability and are confirmed once we agree on a schedule with you. Construction schedules change; please tell us as early as possible if your project timeline moves, and we will work with you to adjust.
Customer responsibilities
- Provide safe, lawful access to the property during the scheduled service time
- Make sure the areas to be cleaned are ready as described in your Service Agreement, and tell us about any site rules, safety requirements, or hazards
- Let us know in advance about delicate, specialty, or newly installed surfaces and finishes that require special care, and provide any manufacturer care instructions you have
- Provide any utilities or other conditions required in your Service Agreement
Access to properties
If we cannot access the property or perform the work at the scheduled time because of site conditions, other trades, locked areas, or lack of access, we will contact you to reschedule. Any related charges will be only as stated in your Service Agreement.
Cancellation and rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. Any cancellation or rescheduling terms, including any fees, are those stated in your Service Agreement.
Payment
Payment amounts, due dates, and accepted payment methods are stated in your Service Agreement or invoice.
Property conditions and existing damage
Construction sites often have existing scratches, chips, stains, or defects that cleaning cannot remove. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or conditions, or for defects in materials, installation, or workmanship by others. If you notice a concern after service, please tell us promptly — ideally during the final walkthrough — so we can review it.
Service concerns
If something within the agreed scope of work isn’t right, let us know and we will come back to address it at no additional charge.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cleanstate is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of the Website. The Website and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Liability relating to services performed is governed by your Service Agreement and applicable law.
Service limitations
Some stains, residues, and materials cannot be fully removed without risking damage to the surface. We may decline or limit work on surfaces where cleaning could cause damage, and will tell you when that is the case.
Intellectual property
The Website’s content — including text, photos, logos, and design — belongs to Cleanstate or is used with permission and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.
Website accuracy
We try to keep the Website accurate and current, but information such as services, service areas, and availability may change without notice and may contain errors. Please confirm details with us directly.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when they were last changed. Continued use of the Website after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
